These Terms & Conditions apply to the rubbish removal services provided by Rubbish Go SA("we", "us" or "our"), based in Adelaide, South Australia. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Rubbish Go SA provides rubbish removal, garage cleanout, furniture removal, appliance removal and property clean-up services across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.
We agree to remove rubbish and unwanted items as agreed with you. The scope of each job is determined by the information you provide and what is confirmed with us before the work commences.
Quotes may be based on information and photos supplied by you. The final price may depend on the actual volume, type and accessibility of the rubbish encountered on site. If the actual job differs materially from what was described, we will discuss any change to the price with you before proceeding where practicable.
You may submit photos through our quote form to help us assess the job. Photos are used only to estimate the quantity and type of rubbish and to prepare a quote. The on-site inspection remains the determining factor for the final price.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the job, including the type and amount of rubbish and any access considerations. You must have the authority to authorise removal of the items from the property.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and the rubbish to be removed. Please advise us in advance of any hazards, restricted access, pets or other circumstances that may affect the work.
Some items may not be accepted for removal or may require special handling. Please confirm with us if you are unsure whether particular items can be removed.
Hazardous, dangerous or legally restricted materials may not be accepted. You must inform us of any such materials in advance so we can advise whether and how they can be handled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Specific cancellation fees or notice periods, if any, will be confirmed by Rubbish Go SA at the time of booking.
Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you when your quote or booking is arranged.
We will carry out the work with reasonable care. You should remove or secure any items you wish to keep before we arrive, as we cannot be responsible for items mistakenly identified for removal.
Information and photos you provide are used to assess and quote your job. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about how your information is handled.
Our services are provided based on the agreed scope. We are not responsible for matters outside that scope or for pre-existing conditions of the property not caused by us.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited in connection with the services we provide. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You do not waive your Australian Consumer Law rights by accepting these terms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version current at the time of your booking will apply.
